What!!! ... Those were my exact questions and exactly what I was going through just a few years ago. My menstrual cycle were like clockwork, it will come exactly on the 28th day. I have never missed a period before but by then I have missed 2 cycles and my last period... the flow was really heavy, it was like opening a floodgate!

How can I forget... having hot flashes day and night and asking myself how and when can I get a decent sleep when hot flashes come around 3 to 5 times during the night! No wonder I get irritated easily, even simple things gets to my nerves. I will get heart palpitation and then panic will follow... I'm not the same person anymore! And another thing... I noticed my clothes shrunk and blame my husband for not using the correct setting on the washing machine when he does the laundry (I wonder why?!?!?!).
