Our Founder
Our founder wants to break the norm for the beautiful and busy women's health and wellness of our day and age.
She believes that beauty doesn’t have to be at the expense of your health and the products should be functional and come from nature itself.
Each of our highly-curated products is formulated with the highest quality ingredients sourced only from the freshest, wild-grown if possible and certified organic farmers and plantations of the Australian rainforest as well as around the globe, small batch made in Australia.
Why Herbs and Grace
This comes with a very special meaning to us, including the logo. HERBS and plants for that matter are God’s gifts to us. They serve as our food and as we now know, they also have many healing properties.
By GRACE we mean being thankful and gracious with what we have. When we look around us, we are provided with everything we need to support our wellbeing and live a happy and meaningful life.
With different plants and herbs grown in their native and natural environment are most potent where they reach the highest concentration of their natural healing properties and so our products are made with different herbs from different countries around the world where they are known to thrive. We only use ingredients that really work.
Our purpose is to help you age gracefully with nourishing nature inspired products that may help your body's natural ability to rebalance itself.

The Journey Back to Medicinal Plants and Natural Care
“Put some lipstick on, look after your father, and love one another.” Those were the words of her dear mother before she passed away from breast cancer, she just turned 67.
Her mother’s words “put some lipstick on” reflect the time she got to live her life as a young woman in the 60's when cosmetic companies influenced what is beautiful with powerful advertisements. By that she means to look after herself; her health and the way she looks, to put some colour on her face, to dress nicely, to always look her best. The 20-year gap between mother and daughter makes them look just like sisters.
She looked after her mother for the last 3 weeks of her life, then she has to go back to Sydney. The same week, for the first time in a long time, she found herself in the cosmetic department of a big department store looking for a set of cosmetics to make her look beautiful, just like one of her mother’s last wishes.
Knowing there is a BETTER WAY to look good and feel fabulous again so she can also fulfil all of her mother’s wish... the journey back to Medicinal Plants and Natural Care began (natural, organic, cruelty free, toxin free and environmentally friendly).

Founder's message
Ageing gracefully means, to most people, "Looking old but embracing it." For others, it means "Showing signs of ageing, but still powering on," almost describing that women aren't looking as good as they used to be.
Personally, I don't believe looks to be so important that we forget the real and beautiful person inside. But I do believe the way you look outside starts from within.
Menopause is when self-care becomes non-negotiable... so we can continue to be with and care for the people we love and doing the things we care about. You can not give from an empty vessel.
By this time, we've been through our fair share of challenges, we rose and conquered them. We may have wrinkles and grey hair but hey... don't forget, "Grey hair is a crown of beauty when it is found in the way of righteousness." - Proverbs 16:31
