Do you provide
free shipping?
If so, how can I get it?
All domestic orders $100 and above after discount is eligible for free regular shipping.
All domestic orders above $150 after discount is upgraded to free express post delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship within Australia for now.
We don't ship worldwide yet.
Please watch for this space in the near future.
Which shipping carrier is used?
We use Australia post.
Will I have to pay for
customs fees, or that is covered by the shipping fee?
This applies for overseas orders but we don't ship globally yet.
When time comes when we ship overseas, please note that some countries MAY impose customs fees on international parcels. We at Herbs and Grace nor our shipping courier cannot compute for these local customs fees your country might impose, so we are not responsible for that. Hence, you will be responsible for the separate payment. Please check your country’s imposed import restrictions, taxes and other customs fees before placing orders.
How long is the lead time between placing and arrival of my orders?
We ask our customers for 2 working days for orders to be dispatched, however, we actually intend for the orders to be dispatched the next working day after we received the notification of your orders.
It usually takes 1 to 5 working days within Australia, while it may take up to 5 to 10 days for regional areas.
Any factors which might delay arrival of orders, say for example weather disturbance or the likes, are beyond our control, hence the lead time given here is not guaranteed at all times.
How will I be able to tract my order?
Tracking details will be indicated in the dispatch form to be sent to you once your orders left our warehouse.
If you didn’t receive the dispatch form or tracking details two working days after placing orders, please email us at hello@herbsandgrace.com.au.
Can my orders be left
on my doorstep?
If you are not sure that you will be at home during delivery of your orders, you can leave special instructions upon checkout, say for example “Leave at my doorstep”.
However, with this, you take the responsibility of leaving your orders outside of your place without your consent (signature) and we will not be held responsible should your orders be stolen, lost or damaged.
Authority to leave (ATL) is by default applicable to parcels having weight less than 500g.
Can I collect from Herbs and Grace warehouse?
For safety and security reasons, public access and pick up option is not available.
What should I do when incorrect delivery information was registered during the order process?
